Refund Policy

Echoo Pro Mode is a digital subscription service. Because the service is delivered and used immediately, refunds are handled as described below and are discretionary except where required by law.

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a Pro Mode subscription. However, where you expressly request immediate digital delivery, acknowledge that delivery begins right away, and use a managed token, you may waive the 14-day withdrawal right for that billing cycle as permitted by applicable law. You may still cancel future renewals at any time.

To request a refund, contact us at legal@echoo.ai with your Paddle order reference and account email. We review requests case by case and aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back through Paddle to your original payment method.

• Partial-month usage: cancellation stops the next renewal but does not auto-refund the current billing period.
• Used token quota: refunds are not issued for the portion of a billing cycle you have already used.
• Free Mode usage: Free Mode uses your own API key and is never billed by Echoo, so no refund applies.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It is not the same as a refund. If you cancel mid-cycle, your Pro Mode access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Paddle is the Merchant of Record and handles VAT, GST, and sales tax for your region. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your location and is included in any refund where a refund is approved.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at legal@echoo.ai before initiating a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
