Is there a team or business plan?
Yes. Business is seat-based: the company agrees with [email protected] how many seats it needs and how many credits each seat carries per month, and is billed monthly for that. Every seat has its own allowance - credits are not shared between people. Because a seat is priced on the credits it carries, Business is quoted rather than listed. Build the configuration at echoo.ai/business and it writes the email for you.
How much does Echoo Business cost?
There is no list price. A Business seat is priced on the monthly credits it carries, so the number depends on the allowance you set. Agree the seats and the credits with [email protected] and you get a price back. Pro at $6.99 and Max at $9.99 per person stay self-serve and need no quote.
How many seats do I need for Business?
There is no hard minimum, but Business starts making sense at around five people. Below that, buying Pro at $6.99 or Max at $9.99 per person is cheaper and needs no conversation at all. Above 250 seats, email [email protected] and we will size it with you.
Do Business credits pool across the team?
No. Every seat carries its own monthly allowance, the way Pro and Max do - credits are not shared between people. What Business changes is that you set that allowance rather than taking a fixed 300 or 600, and you set it once for the whole company instead of person by person. Each seat resets on the billing cycle and unused credits do not roll over.
Does Echoo train on our text?
No. Echoo never opens a chat window - it calls a provider API, and the major providers state in their API terms that data sent that way is not used to train their models. Consumer chat plans are the opposite setting, training on conversations by default. On Pro, Max, and Business the request routes through Echoo’s provider key, and Echoo stores no command or response text at all, only usage counts and subscription status to meter your credits. Every mode and what it does with your text is set out in the privacy policy.
Does Echoo have SSO, an admin console, or a SOC 2 report?
No, none of the three, on any plan including Business. Business is a company agreement on seats and credits with one monthly bill, not centralised identity or device management. If your security review requires SSO or SOC 2, Echoo will not pass it yet. What does pass a review is Free Mode: bring your own provider key and your text goes to a provider you already have a contract with, or run a local model through Ollama, LocalAI, or LiteLLM and it never leaves the machine.
How do I get a Business quote?
Set the seats and the credits per seat on the pricing page or at echoo.ai/business, and it opens an email to [email protected] with your configuration already written into it. Or write to [email protected] directly with your seat count and roughly how much your team writes, and we will come back with a price for that shape.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Your credit allowance resets each billing cycle, on every plan, and on Business that applies to each seat separately. It is a monthly allowance, not a bank.
Is tax included in the price?
Paddle is the Merchant of Record and handles VAT, GST, and sales tax for your region. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your location. Business subscriptions are billed through Paddle in the same way.
